Miss World-Philippines Top Picks 2018

Miss World-Philippines will be chosen on October 7, 2017 at the Mall of Asia Arena. Among the forty delegates, this year, twenty have been consistently present on every pageant aficionados list. Three other ladies will be crowned on that night. Representatives to the Miss Reina Hispanoamericana,Miss Eco-Intermational and Miss Multinational pageants will be chosen as well.

Wearing their identical swimsuits, the gorgeous women competing in the country's most prestigious beauty pageant wowed the guests with their beautiful physique and winsome personality as they introduced themselves and posed for photos at the hotel's pool area. The roster of aspirants this year is composed of registered professionals, flight attendants, entrepreneurs, public personalities, models, students and pageant veterans all vying for the chance to represent the Philippines in international beauty tilts. They are the cream of the crop, having been chosen by the Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. executive committee led by chairperson Mrs. Stella Marquez Araneta in a rigorous screening process. Reigning queens Miss Universe Philippines Rachel Peters, Binibining Pilipinas International Mariel De Leon, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational Chanel Olive Thomas, Miss Intercontinental first runner-up Katarina Rodriguez, Miss Globe first runner-up Nelda Ibe and Miss Grand International second runner-up Elizabeth Clenci also graced the event and got to share some valuables tips to the candidates. With less than a month to go before the Coronation Night, the candidates are in for more exciting and meaningful activities, and tougher competition as the Philippines aims to further live up to its powerhouse status in international pageants.

One of the most important aspects of Binibinis' journey is doing charity work, something that the organization has always made sure the ladies experience. Their most recent activity took all 40 candidates to the AFP Medical center in V. Luna to spend some time with honorable wounded soldiers. With the help of the Makati Medical Foundation, the ladies brought cheer to the soldiers at the Heroes ward by distributing food, clothes and toiletries. They Also took time to interact with the soldiers and their families.

Pageant fans and followers will also get a chance to catch the ladies in the National Costume Competition at the Kia Theatre on March 3, and see them up close in the much-awaited annual Parade of Beauties, slated on March 10 at the Araneta Center grounds. With 2 days before the Grand Coronation Night, ItsJM Life is appreciative of all those who voted for your favorite Miss World Philippines 2018 Update, but, sad to say, the Reader’s Choice Poll is about to finish… So, make sure that your votes count as the poll closes at 12 midnight, October 7, 2018, Manila Time.

As of 8:12pm, October 5, 2018, Manila Time, the total votes gathered is totaling to almost 34,000 votes. I am sure that you can make it to 50,000 votes before the voting ends.
